Like every musician Erich was always searching for that elusive sound that he hears in his head. Musical soundscapes really, bouncing around like bells reverberating off the walls of some cathedral. This was the genesis of The Fields of Mars. A bringing together of some of the most inspiring musicians in the triangle to make music that would eventually evoke the darker side of the 80’s sugary power pop and psychedelic modern rock.

The Redstones

The Redstones are Michael Morse, Roberto Morales, Joey Ward, and Eric Doyle. All seasoned musicans from the Raleigh scene now together to bring you some good old loud rock and roll.

Michael and Roberto started music together while both members of Insurgence in the late 80's, early 90's. Roberto and Eric met while both members of The Mercators from Durham, NC. Joey Ward completes the line up after holding down bass for Johnny Folsom Four.

Our mission is simple....Big, Loud, Rock and Roll.
