Bay 5 offers a versatile private setting for groups of up to 50 guests, featuring an inviting indoor garage space that seats 30 and opens onto a spacious outdoor patio for an additional 20. The area is heated, with cozy overhead heaters above the outdoor bar tables, making it perfect year-round. Bay 5 is a private indoor room that seats up to 50 guests and opens onto a spacious outdoor patio, perfect for casual get-togethers or group dining.


The Showroom, nearly 3,000 square feet, is available for private rentals and includes full staffing, a stage, a professional sound system, a dedicated sound engineer, and an on-site events manager to guide you from planning through event day. The hall also features a full bar with six beers on tap and a wide selection of spirits. You can pre-purchase drinks or run a group tab for convenience.


Enhance your event by adding our covered outdoor veranda to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests can enjoy in-house catering from our Parts&Labor kitchen, or bring in an outside caterer, providing flexibility to suit any menu or style.

How do I book an event space?

You can inquire through our contact form or email our events team directly. Once your date is confirmed, we’ll send a rental agreement and 50% deposit request to secure your space.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, as popular dates, especially weekends and holidays, fill up quickly.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.

What spaces do you offer for private events?

We offer Bay 5 (up to 30 guests, indoor/outdoor), the Mezzanine and Landing (up to 35 guests, indoor), the Music Hall (up to 200 seated guests, 350+ unseated, 3,000 sq ft), and the Veranda, our covered outdoor extension (Showroom rental required).

Can I rent the Veranda without the Showroom?

No, the Veranda can only be rented as an add-on to a Showroom rental. 

Do you allow tours of the spaces?

Yes, tours are available by appointment.

Do you offer catering?

Yes! We offer in-house catering through our Parts&Labor kitchen, or you may bring your own caterer if preferred.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No outside alcohol is permitted. Our full bar offers six beers on tap and a wide selection of spirits. You can pre-purchase drink tickets or set up a group tab for your event.

What’s included with the Music Hall rental?

The Music Hall rental includes full staffing, a stage and professional sound system, a dedicated sound engineer, and an event manager to assist from booking through event day.

What's included in the Bay 5 and the Mezzanine/Landing rental?

Both Bay 5 and the Mezzanine and Landing include seating for guests, full staffing, and a dedicated private space.  

Do you provide tables and chairs for rent?

Yes, we have standard tables, cocktail tables, and chairs available for rent. Specialty rentals can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes, décor is welcome! Please avoid anything that could damage walls, lighting, or furniture. Final approval is reserved for the venue manager.

Do you allow outside vendors (DJs, photographers, etc.)?

Yes! We’re happy to work with your preferred vendors. Please note that all outside vendors must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before your event.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there’s ample parking available nearby for both guests and vendors.

Do you take reservations for large groups that aren’t private rentals?

We don’t take formal reservations, but if you’re bringing a large group, we always appreciate a heads-up so we can prepare accordingly.
