A Free Citywide Cultural Festival in Honor of Onyx & Hope

Motorco joins All Onyx World as one of eight venues across Durham for the inaugural year of a citywide celebration created in honor of Onyx Nyne Williams, son of hometown hero Jooselord. All Onyx World turns one family's love for one child into a free, multi-location festival — one city, one day, every genre, all for Onyx.
At Motorco, expect a lineup pulled from North Carolina's deep bench of local talent, part of the 30+ artists performing across the festival. Come through for the music, stay for the reason we're all here: community, love, and remembrance, built into something people can actually be part of.
All Onyx World is free to attend and open to all ages. Proceeds and partner support go toward the Grief Museum, family programming, artist fees, and Onyx Is Hope Foundation.

Our policies are the following:
- We will not offer refunds to any show unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the headlining act (opening acts subject to change without notice).
- For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of COVID-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of our staff.
- We will not tolerate harassment of any kind on our premises. You will be asked to leave and/or physically removed from our premises if we determine that your behavior is negatively impacting any member of our staff or any other patrons. This includes, but is not limited to pushing, shoving (moshing), crowd surfing, stage diving or any kind of unwelcome touching of or contact with other patrons, staff or performers.
- We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
- We request - but do not currently require - that everyone attending a show be vaccinated against COVID-19.
- Do not attend any event if experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough or loss of taste/smell
- We suggest the patrons wear masks in the indoor spaces at Motorco and Parts&Labor
