We all have our halos and our horns. Whether you were the rule-follower who finally rebelled, or a reformed troublemaker with a past you’ve tried to bury, we’ve all been caught somewhere in that messy space between vice and virtue. On Wednesday, March 18th, we want to hear your stories of the time you fell from grace, stood up for what was right, broke a commandment, or performed a small miracle. No matter if you’re a sinner or a saint (or maybe a bit of both), you have a story worth telling.

About The Monti StorySLAM (18 & up event)

The Monti StorySLAM is an open storytelling event, where anyone with a story on a certain theme has a chance to tell it. This is a competitive event, so there will be judges in the audience. At each event, there will be eight storytellers chosen at random; each story is five minutes long; one winner will be declared at the end of the night.

Our policies are the following:
  • We will not offer refunds to any show unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the headlining act (opening acts subject to change without notice).
  • For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of COVID-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of our staff.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
