How can I get tickets to a Motorco Music Hall show?

Where are my tickets?

The last page of the ticket purchase process has links to each PDF ticket file. We also send these links to the email you entered in the purchase form. If you did not receive that email, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER!

What are your policies regarding COVID-19?

How old do I have to be to get into the club?

All shows are ALL AGES unless specified otherwise. Please check the show description to verify age limits for specific shows. All shows require a Government issued photo ID or Passport to show proof of age to purchase alcohol. Security is present at every show to verify identification. All patrons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I get a refund?


Sorry, no refunds on tickets unless a show is cancelled. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through our online ticketing system. Opening bands are subject to change without notice.

What are my payment options at Motorco?

We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

What kind of beverages do you serve?

We have water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits. You must be 21 or over and show proof of age with a government-issued photo ID in order to be served alcoholic beverages at any of our bars.

Do I need to bring ID?


All shows require a Government issued photo ID or Passport to enter. Security is present at every show to verify identification.

Do you serve food?

Yes! Our restaurant, Parts&Labor, is right next door and stays open late.

What are the seating arrangements?


All shows are standing room with accessible bleacher along the side wall seating for around 40. Some shows may be seated or semi-seated, in which case, this will be specifically called out on the event page for the show. Nearly all shows will be general admission although select shows might have VIP area seating. Again, the arrangements will be described on each event page. The venue is ADA compliant. If you have special needs, please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.

What time does the show start?

Check the start times for specific shows by checking the show listings. Generally, headlining bands go on by 10 PM. Event times published to our website are Show start times. The Showroom doors open one hour before show time. The Showroom closes soon after the event ends. We try our best to keep things on schedule, so have some beer and make some friends.

Can I get in for free?

Probably not, unless you’re famous, a member of the press, or we owe you a favor.
Put Admissions as the subject and contact us at showinfo@motorcomusic.com to state your case.

Can I bring my camera?

If the band welcomes cameras in the specific show posting, then bring it. Otherwise, leave it.

Do you have a Coat Check?

We have a few coat hooks near the front door. You can park your parka there but Motorco is not responsible for your clothing nor its contents.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

Yes. If you lose an item at Motorco, please email us at lost@motorcomusic.com and/or come by the venue the following day.

Can I smoke in your club?

There is no smoking or vaping (e-cigarettes) inside Motorco. You may do so outside, but NOT under the covered areas of the Patio and Veranda. We do allow re-entry to most shows.

What if a show is sold out?


Sold out means there are no more tickets available. There will not be tickets sold at the door if the show is sold out. Please be careful if purchasing tickets from someone else. We can verify the validity of tickets if you email us the information (email of original buyer and the order number).

Is there re-entry?

At most shows, we do allow re-entry. Show the entry management people your handstamp (or sometimes wristband) and your I.D.

Street parking is available and there are 2 nearby parking decks within walking distance. More information is available here.

Do you rent your space for private events?

  • Enjoy the show but please be respectful of others. You will be promptly ejected if you display any kind of antisocial behavior.
  • You are absolutely not allowed up on stage. Stage diving is strictly prohibited.
  • Most of our shows are general admission. A few might have VIP admission.
  • We reserve the right to search all bags and clothing.
  • No outside food or beverages.
  • No markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives, fireworks, guns, etc.)
  • Motorco is handicap accessible and ADA compliant. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.
