Owen & Lucas is an indie rock duo who came from opposite coasts before meeting on the Duke cross country team. Owen Mackenzie, who comes from Los Altos, California, is influenced by artists such as Cat Stevens, OCMS, and Nirvana. Lucas Wiley calls Asheville, North Carolina home, and his musical influences include Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, and Kool and the Gang. Together they seek to blend their musical styles, creating something totally unique and fun.
