Started in late 2022 by Philadelphia native producer / songwriter Jacob Decoteau,
Thorne is a modern day exploration of dance music from the y2k era. Pulling cultural
influences from classic house, garage, and jungle among many others, Thorne carries
them into the present-day with glossy synths, infectious grooves, and innovative
production. Now Los Angeles based, he has helped produce electro-tinged hits for
several artists including: Slayyyter, Mystery Skulls, and Gia Woods, as well as play a
multitude of shows in and around the LA area. Thorne is currently working on his next
string of singles, hoping to push his sound even further into the future.
