Mothers for Ceasefire & Tabadul Collective Present

Wed Apr 2, 2025 7:00 pm

Tickets $20/$10/$40

Tickets are no longer available online but may be available at the door.

The evening consists of a powerful and intimate conversation between Céline Semaan and Omisade Burney-Scott (Black Girl's Guide to Surviving Menopause) where they will discuss Céline's book A Woman is a School, intergenerational healing, the parallels between our bodies and the Land, the power and importance of unearthing Indigenous wisdom, and so much more.

We're also raffling two tickets for folks to win a free annual membership to Everything is Political (a $480 value!) which gets you access to bimonthly printed magazines, more than 100 hours of lectures and workshops, weekly live Open Edu classes, immediate access to articles and analysis published weekly, and exclusive in person and digital monthly events.

Want to do more? Make a donation directly on the Slow Factory Website to support independent journalists, new systems of liberation, and design and media for good.
