“The Number One Question I Get Every Week: If I Eat This, Will I Get Sick?”
Can you leave pizza out on the counter overnight and eat it the next morning safely? Is it safe to eat yogurt a year after its “best before” date? Is handwashing really magical?
Dr. Ben Chapman, host of the Risky or Not? podcast, will bring a practical perspective from his experience working on the front lines of food safety. Dr. Chapman, the department head of Agricultural and Human Sciences and director of the Safe Plates food safety extension and research program at North Carolina State University, will discuss how to navigate common food safety concerns and make more informed decisions in everyday life.
